摘要
Abstract
Hyperthyroidism is a common endocrine and metabolic disorder,and antithyroid drugs is the most frequently used treatment approaches.Thiamazole cream,as a novel transdermal delivery formulation,enables targeted application to the thyroid region,ensuring therapeutic efficacy while significantly reducing systemic drug exposure,thereby lowering the risk of systemic adverse reactions such as hepatotoxicity and agranulocytosis.It provides a new option for the management of hyperthyroidism.To assist clinicians in the standardized and rational use of thiamazole cream,experts in related fields have developed this guidance document based on existing clinical research and expert experience.It aims to clarify its mechanism of action,indications,dosage,adverse reaction management,with the goal of enhancing treatment safety and effectiveness.关键词
