An Innovative Method and Its Practical Application in the Transformation of the Combustible Gas Combustion Heat Cycle System at the Wastewater Treatment Station of a Beet Sugar Factory

Abstract
This paper primarily integrated the distinctive features of sugar wastewater treatment to conduct an upgrade and transformation of the combustible gas collection and combustion system within the wastewater treatment station.A waste gas combustion heat circulation system was incorporated to comprehensively harness the waste heat of combustible gas,thereby diminishing the consumption of additional steam.Simultaneously,by enhancing the heat exchange efficiency and flame combustion efficiency,the utilization effect of thermal energy was ameliorated.This process boasted the characteristics of straightforward maintenance and low maintenance expenditures,which could furnish successful precedents and valuable insights for the treatment of wastewater in sugar manufacturing enterprises.关键词
