摘要
Abstract
This study explores innovative pathways for applying smart agriculture technologies to revolutionize the full-chain digital management system in Guangxi's sugarcane industry.Through literature analysis of global smart agriculture paradigms, big data analytics on Guangxi's sugarcane cultivation area(2018-2024),yield fluctuations(standard deviation±0.83 tons/ha),and sugar price correlations(Pearson coefficient 0.76),combined with case comparisons of digital transformation in São Paulo State(Brazil)and Lincang(Yunnan),several findings emerge.Current status reveals Guangxi's sensor coverage in sugarcane fields reaches only 38.7%,below the national agricultural average(52.4%),with data silos causing annual collaborative efficiency losses approximating ¥12 billion. The proposed"cloud-edge-device collaborative management model"demonstrates technical breakthroughs:UAV spectral monitoring achieves 92.5%accuracy,blockchain traceability reduces data chaining time to 0.4 seconds, and AI-based price prediction models attain MAPE of 4.3%.Policy recommendations emphasize establishing a provincial sugarcane digital twin platform, improving agricultural data ownership mechanisms, and developing a"Digital Sugarcane Farmer"certification system aligned with EU AgriSkills standards. This research provides theoretical frameworks and practical references for digital transformation of characteristic agriculture in China's border ethnic regions.关键词
