Abstract
In this study,Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum flowers were used as raw materials to determine the extraction rate of total flavonoids based on three detection methods,and the results were compared and analyzed to select a method more suitable for the determination of total flavonoid extraction rate from Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum flowers.The research results showed that the total flavonoid extraction rates determined by the direct determination method,aluminum chloride colorimetric method,and sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate method were 4.24%,4.21%,and 6.73%,respectively.Data analysis based on method evaluation indicators indicated that the aluminum chloride colorimetric method had the highest degree of matching in selecting the colorimetric wavelength and could maintain relatively simple operational steps while ensuring accuracy and reliability.Therefore,the aluminum chloride colorimetric method is more suitable for the determination of total flavonoid extraction rate from Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum flowers.关键词
