Abstract

As a core management strategy in type A aortic dissection surgery,moderate hypothermic circulatory arrest has made its clinical value and optimization strategies the focus of research in recent years.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the application of moderate hypothermic circulatory arrest in Stanford Type A aortic dissection,covering fundamental theories,epidemiology,clinical practice,and future developments.It elaborates in detail on the pathology of Stanford Type A aor-tic dissection and the physiological effects of moderate hypothermic circulatory arrest.The article conducts an in-depth analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of this disease,diagnostic techniques,as well as the perioperative management of moderate hypothermic circulatory arrest,its impact on postoperative complications,and clinical outcomes.It also explores comparisons with other intraoperative protective techniques and controversies surrounding the safety and efficacy of moderate hypothermic circulatory arrest.Furthermore,the paper discusses future advancements in moderate hypothermic circulatory arrest technology and innovative developments in the treatment of Stanford Type A aortic dissection.By synthesizing numerous studies,this paper offers a comprehensive reference for clinical practice and research in this field.
