Application of Adenosine in the Perioperative Period of Extracorporeal Circulation Cardiac Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Extracorporeal circulation(ECC)is a widely used technique in cardiac surgery to replace cardiopulmonary function during surgery,but the process is often associated with various complications,such as ischemia-reperfusion injury,in-flammatory reactions,and hemodynamic disturbances.In recent years,adenosine has been recognized as a potential myocardial preservation agent in ECC due to its unique pharmacological effects.The purpose of this article is to systematically review the mechanism of adenosine in ECC,the current status of domestic and international research and the future research direction,and to provide a reference basis for the clinical application of adenosine in ECC.关键词
