安神益志针法对急性睡眠剥夺后注意功能及自主神经功能的影响
Effects of Anshen Yizhi acupuncture on attention and autonomic nervous function after acute sleep deprivation

Abstract
Objective Based on psychomotor vigilance task(PVT)and heart rate variability(HRV),to explore the effect of Anshen Yizhi(calm the spirit and enhance mental faculties)acupuncture on attention and autonomic nervous function after acute sleep deprivation(ASD).Methods Thirty healthy participants with regular sleep patterns were included in the study.Anshen Yizhi acupuncture was applied to the participants before and after ASD.Acupuncture was given at bilateral Shenmen(HT7)and Taixi(KI3),after obtaining qi,perform reinforcing-technique twirling was performed for 1 min,then retain the needles for 10 min.The HRV indexes of standard deviation of NN intervals(SDNN),the root mean square of the difference between two adjacent R-R intervals(RMSSD),the proportion of adjacent heartbeat interval difference exceeding 50 ms(pNN50%),the frequency domain indexes of high frequency(HF),low frequency(LF)and low frequency high frequency ratio(LF/HF),PVT test reaction time(RT)and coefficient of variation(CV)were compared before and after acupuncture.Results Compared before acupuncture in participants before ASD,LF and HF increased after acupuncture in participants before ASD(P<0.01);HR,RMSSD,HF and LF decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),RT and CV increased(P<0.01)before acupuncture in participants after ASD.Compared with before acupuncture in participants after ASD,SDNN,RMSSD,pNN50%,HF and LF increased(P<0.01)and RT decreased(P<0.05)after acupuncture in participants after ASD.Conclusion Anshen Yizhi acupuncture can improve attention impairment after ASD,possibly related to the regulation of autonomic nervous function.关键词
