针刺督脉穴为主治疗消化道肿瘤术后胃瘫综合征:随机对照试验
Acupuncture mainly at the governor vessel acupoints for postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome of gastrointestinal tumors:a randomized controlled trial

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture mainly at the governor vessel acupoints for postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome in patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Methods A total of 70 patients with postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome of gastrointestinal tumors were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medical treatment;the observation group received acupuncture at Shendao(GV11),Lingtai(GV10),Zhiyang(GV9),Jinsuo(GV8),Zhongshu(GV7),Jizhong(GV6),Zhongwan(CV12)and bilateral Liangmen(ST21),Tianshu(ST25),Zusanli(ST36)on the basis of the treatment in the control group,30 min each session,once daily,6 times a week.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The score of gastroparesis syndrome severity before and after treatment was observed,the gastric tube removal time and diet recovery time were recorded,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of gastroparesis syndrome severity were decreased compared with those before treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The gastric tube removal time and diet recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.4%(32/35),which was higher than 77.1%(27/35)in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture mainly at the governor vessel acupoints for postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome in patients with gastrointestinal tumors can improve the symptoms,and shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal motility.关键词
