摘要

Abstract

Driven by the goals of carbon emission peaking and carbon neutrality and the strategy of building a national unified electricity market in China,establishing an electricity market that adapts to the new power system is a crucial means to promote the clean and low-carbon transition of the energy structure and to enhance the optimal allocation of power resources.In response to the new demands of developing modern electricity markets,this paper analyzes the applicability of China's existing electricity market mechanisms,and summarizes the construction goals,key features,and required mechanisms for electricity markets suited to the new power system.On this basis,relevant recommendations are offered for the future development of China's electricity market mechanisms,along with an evolution path for the electricity market suited to China's national situation,aiming to build a green-oriented,supply-secure,and flexibility-incentivized market that underpins the development of new power system.
