摘要

Abstract

Emergency control plays a crucial role in the safe and stable operation of power systems.The inherent communication delays in traditional emergency control architectures are detrimental to frequency recovery,and the current emergency control measures such as load shedding and DC current modulation,have a significant impact on power users and the frequency of sending-end power grids.To address these issues,an emergency control strategy is proposed based on frequency drop rate detection.First,the shortcomings of traditional event-triggered frequency emergency control architectures are analyzed,and an emergency control architecture based on frequency drop rate detection is introduced.Next,based on traditional measures such as load shedding,DC current modulation,new control sources and control measures,such as regulable electrochemical energy storage and industrial load in the electrolytic aluminum smelting,are considered.And the regulation characteristics models for multiple control resources are established.Then,an optimization model for collaborative frequency emergency control considering multiple control resources is developed to calculate the control settings for emergency control.Finally,considering the scenarios of system operation changing states,an intraday rolling correction model for frequency emergency control strategy is established.Simulation validation of the proposed control strategy is conducted.The results shows that the emergency control strategy can reduce the timeliness requirements for distributing control settings,shorten trigger delays,and improve the dynamic frequency characteristics of systems,contributing to safe and stable operation of systems.
