经口与经鼻留置胃管在腹腔镜胃切除术中的疗效比较研究
Comparative effectiveness research of orogastric versus nasogastric intubation in laparoscopic gastrectomy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of orogastric intubation versus nasogastric intubation in laparoscopic gastrectomy.Methods:From Jan.2024 to Dec.2024,80 patients requiring gastric tube placement during laparoscopic gastrectomy were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table.The observation group under-went orogastric intubation,while the control group underwent nasogastric intubation.The gastric intubation time,one-time success rate of tube insertion,intubation-related complications,and surgeon satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:A total of 78 patients were included(40 in the observation group and 38 in the control group;2 were excluded).The intubation time in the observa-tion group was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(26.90±1.79)s vs.(37.73±4.04)s,P<0.05].The one-time suc-cess rate of tube insertion was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(92.5%vs.73.7%,P<0.05).Surgeon overall satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Intubation-related complications occurred in 3 patients(7.5%)in the observation group,including gastric tube coiling in 2(5%)and mucosal injury in 1(2.5%).In the control group,intubation-related complications occurred in 9 patients(23.7%),including gastric tube coiling in5(13.2%),gas-tric tube knotting in1(2.6%),and mucosal injury in3(7.9%).The total complication rate was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Orogastric intubation is effective and superior to nasogastric intubation,and can be widely adopted in operating rooms.关键词
