眼针带针康复疗法辅助治疗急性脑梗死手功能障碍45例临床观察
Clinical observation of eye-acupuncture with needle retention rehabilitation therapy as adjunctive treatment for hand dysfunction in acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of eye-acupuncture with needle retention rehabilitation therapy as an adjunctive treatment for hand dysfunction in acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 pa-tients with hand dysfunction due to acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into a control group and a treat-ment group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received basic therapy and rehabilitation therapy.The treatment group received the combination of eye-acupuncture with needle retention rehabilitation therapy in addition to the control group's treatment regimen.Both groups were treated once daily,5 times per week,for a total of 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy,manual muscle testing(MMT)scores,Brunnstrom Recovery Stage for the Hand(BRS-H)scores,integrated electromyography(iEMG)values of the dorsal wrist extensor muscle group and the volar wrist flexor muscle group,as well as serum levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE),S100B protein,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 77.77％(35/45)in the control group and 97.77％(44/45)in the treatment group,showing a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant increa-ses in MMT scores,BRS-H scores,iEMG values of the dorsal wrist extensor and volar wrist flexor muscle groups,and serum VEGF levels,along with significant decreases in serum NSE and S100B protein levels compared to before treatment within each group(P＜0.01).Furthermore,improvements in all indicators were significantly more pro-nounced in the treatment group compared to the control group after treatment(P＜0.01).Conclusion Eye-acu-puncture with needle retention rehabilitation therapy as an adjunctive treatment demonstrates significant clinical effi-cacy for hand dysfunction in acute cerebral infarction.It not only promotes the recovery of hand function but also improves levels of neural injury-related markers,meriting clinical promotion and application.关键词
