中药除臭用药规律可视化分析
Visualization analysis of deodorant medication patterns in traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication patterns of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in deodoriza-tion.Methods Literature on TCM-based deodorization was retrieved from the CNKI and Wanfang databases to es-tablish a relevant database.Excel,VOSviewer 1.6.18,and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to analyze the fre-quency,indications,properties,efficacy,and association rules of TCM herbs.Results After screening,281 valid ar-ticles(primarily patents)were included,covering 546 herbs.Among these,18 herbs had a usage frequency ≥ 20.Their properties were predominantly cold,warm,or neutral;flavors were mainly pungent,bitter,or sweet;and meri-dian tropism primarily involved the spleen,lung,and liver meridians.Herbs were categorized into 26 classes,inclu-ding heat-clearing herbs,exterior-resolving herbs,and deficiency-tonifying herbs.Indications encompassed axillary osmidrosis,foot odor,body odor,and tinea pedis.Key herb combinations with strong associations for specific condi-tions included:Lithargyrum-Alumen for axillary osmidrosis,Cortex phellodendri phinensis-Sophorae flavescentis radix for foot odor,Alumen-Lithargyrum and Alumen-Borneolum syntheticum for axillary osmidrosis,Aucklandiae radix-Syzygium aromaticum for body odor,and Phellodendri chinensis-Sophorae flavescentis Radix for tinea pedis.High-fre-quency herbs(usage＞20)clustered into three categories.Conclusion This study preliminarily reveals the medica-tion patterns of TCM for deodorization,providing a foundation for the development of related herbal formulations.关键词
