优质紫糯玉米自交系CH013的选育与应用表现
Breeding and Application Performance of High-quality Purple Waxy Maize Inbred Line CH013

Abstract
[Objective]The high-quality and specific waxy maize inbred lines were bred to provide a germplasm basis for breeding of purple fresh waxy maize varieties and meeting the market demand for high-quality and special waxy maize varieties.[Method]The purple waxy maize inbred line CH013 was bred by using Jinheinuo 301 as the base material after 9 generations of self-crossing.Then CH013 was crossbreed with other varieties to observe their main agronomic traits.[Result]The total growth period,plant height,ear height,ear length,ear diameter,rows per ear,kernels per row and 100-kernel weight of CH013 with a semi-compact plant type were 87 d,142 cm,38 cm,12 cm,4.0 cm,14.4,25 and 24.9 g respectively.The kernel with purplish red color was waxy,thin kernel coat and less crust.Zhenheinuo 118,Jintiannuo 1168 and Zitiannuo 168 varieties were bred from CH013 with a strong combining ability.The anthocyanin,Fe,Zn,Se and soluble sugar content of Zhenheinuo 118,Jintiannuo 1168 and Zitiannuo 168 varieties with the advantages of a short growth period,high anthocyanin content,good taste,excellent sensory and cooking quality was 235.00-426.00 mg/kg,38.24-45.56 mg/kg,33.19-44.78 mg/kg,0.021-0.036 mg/kg and 10.22%-10.57%respectively.[Conclusion]CH013 with the advantages of a short growth period,high anthocyanin content,thin kernel coat,good waxy taste,higher nutritional quality and strong combining ability can be used as an ideal basic material in breeding of high-quality and specific waxy maize varieties.关键词
