蒸汽动力系统失效模式与影响分析评估方法研究
Evaluation method research on failure mode and effects analysis of steam power system

Abstract
Steam power system equipment is structurally complex and prone to failures under harsh conditions such as vibrations and high humidity.Traditional failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)methods have significant limitations when assessing the risks associated with such systems.Therefore,this paper proposes an improved FMEA method based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets and the multi-attributive border approximation area comparison(MABAC)method.First,interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are employed to represent expert evalua-tion information,and expert weights are determined by considering the background of experts as well as the similar-ity between individual and group evaluations.Then,the final weights of risk factors are calculated using the step-wise weight assessment ratio analysis(SWARA)and the maximum cross-entropy method.Finally,the MABAC method is employed for risk ranking.The proposed method is validated through risk assessment of a marine steam power system,with comparative analysis of the evaluation results and sensitivity analysis,demonstrating that the improved FMEA method offers high stability and accuracy.关键词
