二氧化钛涂覆PBO/CNT气凝胶纤维的制备及其抗紫外老化性能研究
Preparation of titanium dioxide-coated PBO/CNT aerogel fi-bers and investigation of their UV aging resistance

Abstract
To address the critical issue of photodegradation of poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole)(PBO)fibers under ultraviolet exposure,a titanium dioxide(TiO2)nanocoating was constructed on the surface of PBO/carbon nanotube(CNT)aerogel fibers via a dip-coating method,fabricating TiO2@PBO/CNT composite fibers.The effects of different TiO2 concentrations(10%-30%)on fiber structure,mechanical properties,and UV aging behavior were systematically in-vestigated.The results indicate that a 20%TiO2 coating forms a uniform,dense anatase-phase nanostructure.After 288 h of UV irradiation,the tensile strength retention rate of the fibers reached 79.39%,representing a 16.57%improvement over uncoated fibers.This coating significantly suppresses the photo-oxidative degradation of PBO molecular chains through a dual reflection-absorption mechanism of UV,providing a novel strategy for designing high-performance UV-resistant aerogel fibers.关键词
