Strength calculation method of floating head type heat exchanger tube plate without hookless based on numerical simulation means
摘要
Abstract
The current design standards for floating-head heat exchangers without hook and loop structures exhibit significant limitations in accurately calculating tube sheet stresses,thereby impeding reliable design,safety assessment,and practical engineering applications of these critical components.To address this pressing industrial need,this study developed an improved analytical method based on JB 4732 standards and elastic analysis principles,incorporating the flange moment effect induced by bolt loads on floating tube sheets.And through the means of numerical simulation on the tube plate stress analysis,to verify the accuracy of the analytical formula;at the same time,considering the heat exchanger tube structure on the stress of the tube plate,the heat exchanger tube reinforcement coefficients and elasticity of the base coefficients for the correction,to broaden the scope of application of the analytical formula.Calculation results showed that:the tube plate bending stress calculation method was basically consistent with the numerical simulation results,when the light pipe was used,the relative error of the radial peak stress was 6.7%;when the bellows was used,the relative error of the radial peak stress was 2.8%.The results of the study could provide a theoretical basis for the design of the floating head heat exchanger without hook and loop and the evaluation of the strength of the tube sheet.关键词
