Abstract
In 2022,the Ministry of Water Resources identified Hebei Province as the pilot province for measurement of soil and water conservation monitoring equipment,and Hebei Soil and Water Conservation Work Station cooperated with technical support units to carry out pilot measurement.The problems and experience of pilot measurement were summarized according to compulsory verification,regulatory testing(calibration)and third-party testing.There are some problems in measurement,such as imperfect measurement management system,lack of standard,backward measurement method and high cost,and being affected by environment.It is suggested to strengthen the sense of measurement in the industry,summarize the management and measurement experience to draw up norms,increase the"first inspection"procedure of manufacturers,improve the measurement method and reduce the measurement cost.The key to the measurement of soil and water conservation monitoring equipment is to strengthen the measurement consciousness and improve the measurement method of soil and water conservation monitoring equipment.关键词
