摘要
Abstract
As a vital water system in the Haihe River Basin, the flood control safety of the Zhangweinan Canal is critical to Shandong and its surrounding areas.Based on current river hydrological data, the problems of insufficient embankment superelevation and flood discharge capacity of the Wei Canal,Zhangweixin River, and their tributaries were systematically analyzed. Results indicated that the superelevation of most embankment sections of the Wei Canal was less than the 2.0 meters required by the design, and the flood discharge capacity was only 78%-95%of the design standard.Similarly, the embankment superelevation of the Chahe River,Jianhe River, and the main reach of the Zhangweixin River generally failed to meet standards, with some sections having less than 1 meter of superelevation, reducing flood discharge capacity to 60%-77%of the design flow.Based on this flood risk analysis, hierarchical dispatching strategies were proposed for floods of different magnitudes, including the use of forced flood discharge in river channels, conditional flood diversion to the Majia River, and the utilization of the Enxian Depression flood detention area(for design-standard,over-standard,and expanded operation scenarios). These measures are expected to provide a scientific basis for flood control decision-making in the basin, enhance the flood response capacity of the Zhangweinan Canal in Shandong Province, and reduce disaster risk.关键词
