穿堤管道内导流片减振效果试验研究
Experimental Study on the Vibration Reduction Effect of Guide Vanes Installed inside the Pipeline crossing the Embankment
摘要
Abstract
This study conducted physical model tests by installing flow deflectors inside the pipeline.Various combinations of deflector height(10 mm,20 mm,30 mm),deflection angle(30°,45°,60°),and number(4,6,8)were tested to evaluate their vibration reduction effectiveness.The experimental results show that:① The deflection angle(θ)of the flow deflectors is not linearly correlated with performance.While larger deflection angles can generate spiral flow with higher helicity,they also impose a greater load on the inlet straight pipe.Increasing the height of the deflectors can effectively reduce the energy loss of the pipeline.② The spiral flow generated by the deflectors can significantly mitigate the adverse vibration effects induced by elbow pipes.关键词
