基于正交试验的钢纤维橡胶混凝土抗冲击性能研究
Impact resistance performance of steel fiber rubber concrete based on orthogonal test

Abstract
To enhance the impact resistance of concrete and promote the recycling of rubber resources,a split Hopkinson pressure bar test device was employed.Based on the orthogonal test method,impact resis-tance tests were conducted on concrete with varying rubber content(5%,10%,15%,20%),rubber particle size(80,60,40,20),steel fiber content(0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%),and steel fiber types(hooked-end,straight,crimped,and milled).The results showed that when the rubber content did not exceed 10%,the dynamic compressive strength of concrete increased with the rubber content.However,when the rubber content ex-ceeded 10%,the dynamic compressive strength exhibited a declining trend due to intensified matrix soften-ing effects.The order of influence of various factors on dynamic compressive strength was as follows:rubber content,steel fiber content,rubber particle size,and steel fiber type.The optimal mix ratio was 10%rub-ber content(40 mesh)and 1.5%hooked-end steel fiber content,under which the dynamic compressive strength peaked at 42.4 MPa,representing a 48.25%increase compared to ordinary concrete.Hooked-end steel fibers performed the best,with dynamic compressive strengths 1.29%,2.18%,and 8.46%higher than those of straight,crimped,and milled fibers,respectively.The synergistic effect of rubber and steel fibers significantly improved the impact resistance of concrete,providing a reference for the protection and materi-al design of engineering structures subjected to impact loads,as well as the recycling of rubber resources.关键词
