沙葱的生物学功能及其在反刍动物生产中应用的研究进展
Research progress on the biological functions of Allium mongolicum Regel and its application in ruminant production
摘要
Abstract
Allium mongolicum Regel is a perennial herbaceous plant of the genus Allium in the Liliaceae family,mainly distributed in the arid regions of northwestern China,such as Inner Mongolia,Gansu,and Ningxia regions.It has extremely strong environmental adaptability,being drought-resistant,cold-resistant,and easy to cultivate.It plays a role in windbreak and sand fixation and improving the regional ecological environment.Allium mongolicum Regel is rich in nutrients such as crude protein,crude fat,amino acids,and minerals.In addition to the above-mentioned conventional nutrients,it is also rich in bioactive components such as polysaccharides,flavonoids,and volatile oil compounds,which have biological functions such as antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and immunomodulatory effects.Adding an appropriate amount of Allium mongolicum Regel or its extract to the diet could improve the growth performance of livestock and poultry,enhance the body immunity,improve meat quality,and improve intestinal health,which indicates that Allium mongolicum Regel is a plant-based feed additive resource with great development value.This paper mainly reviewed the nutritional value,bioactive components,biological functions of Allium mongolicum Regel and its application in ruminant production,aiming to provide a reference for its application in ruminant breeding.关键词
