摘要
Abstract
The transvesical approach is an antegrade surgical pathway that involves dissection of the prostate and surrounding structures through the lumen of bladder.This technique maximizes preservation of neurovascular bundles,offers clear anatomical landmarks,and features a shorter learning curve.It is a viable surgical option for the treatment of localized,low-risk prostate cancer.Based on a comprehensive review of the latest domestic and international literature and clinical guidelines,this 2026 update revises the 2021 expert consensus,incorporating refined surgical techniques,standardized procedural protocols,and updated evidence to promote wider adoption and clinical application of this approach.关键词
