基于CiteSpace的国内外机器人辅助手术护理研究可视化分析
Visualization analysis of domestic and international nursing research on robot-assisted surgery based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the current status,hotspots,and emerging trends in nursing research on robot-assisted surgery both domestically and internationally.Methods:Taking the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,and Web of Science Core Collection as data sources,using CiteSpace 6.4.R1 to visualize publication time,geographic distribution,and keyword co-occurrence patterns related to nursing in robot-assisted surgery.Results:A total of 949 Chinese and 3442 English literature were included.The number of publications has shown a steady annual increase.The United States contributed the largest volume of research,followed by Italy and China.However,domestic collaboration networks remain weak.Current research hotspots include standardization of nursing protocols and safety management in high-risk surgeries,innovative multidisciplinary collaborative models for enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),and the development of artificial intelligence(AI)-driven decision support systems for perioperative care.Conclusion:Future research should integrate deep learning and augmented reality technologies to enhance the precision of perioperative nursing in robot-assisted surgery.It is essential to establish standardized training systems for nursing teams across surgical specialties,and to optimize a full-cycle intelligent nursing model encompassing preoperative assessment,intraoperative collaboration,and postoperative remote monitoring.Such advancements will promote interdisciplinary technological adaptation,improve patient outcomes,and accelerate the development of nursing research in robot-assisted surgery in China.关键词
