The Impact of Fragmentation of Short Video on Pleasure and Functional Experience Ambidexterity:Based on Information Processing Theory

Abstract
There is relatively little research on consumer experience ambidexterity in the academic community.Especially in the context of short video platforms,pleasure and functional experience ambidexterity is the first issue that needs to be faced in in-depth research on consumer experience.In order to study the influencing factors,mediation mechanism,and boundary conditions of pleasure and functional experience ambidexterity,this study used a combination of regression analysis and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(FsQCA).FsQCA reveals three patterns of tension antecedent configurations:"attention and self-actualization","attention",and"self-actualization"patterns.Overall,this study supplements the research on the influencing factors,mediating mechanisms,and boundary conditions of pleasure and functional experience ambidexterity and enriches the theoretical framework of customer experience ambidexterity.关键词
