摄食不同饵料对翘嘴鳜脑组织、肝组织中基因表达的影响
Effects of different feeding regimens on gene expression in brain and liver tissues of mandarin fish(Siniperca chuatisi)

Abstract
To investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the adaptation to formulated feed and dietary transi-tion in carnivorous mandarin fish(Siniperca chuatsi),we performed deep transcriptome sequencing of brain and liver tis-sues from the live-food control group(LFSC)and the formulated-feed treatment group(CFSC).A total of approximately 92.00 Gb of clean data were obtained,with Q20≥98.00%and Q30≥96.00%,and the G+C content ranged from 44.94%to 50.19%.Comparative transcriptomic analysis identified 1 405 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in the brain(LFSC vs.CFSC),with 486 up-regulated and 919 down-regulated.Similarly,2 850 DEGs were identified in the liver,including 1 298 up-regulated and 1 552 down-regulated.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analysis showed that liver DEGs were significantly enriched in steroid biosynthesis,fatty-acid degradation,pyruvate metabolism and antigen processing and presentation,whereas brain DEGs were mainly enriched in the cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathway.Further functional annotation high-lighted DEGs associated with circadian rhythm(clockb,per1b,RORA),learning/memory(creb1b),retinal photo-transduction(rdh8a,rgra),appetite regulation(tac1,eif4eb)and metabolism(pck1).These genes represent candidate regulators of the species-specific food preference in mandarin fish.The findings provide a theoretical framework for elucida-ting the molecular basis of dietary adaptation and preference shift in mandarin fish,and will facilitate the breeding of novel strains that readily accept formulated feed.关键词
