不同菌糠用量基质对烟草幼苗生长及生理指标的影响
Effects of different fungal bran dosage substrates on the growth and physiological indexes of tobacco seedlings

Abstract
In order to explore a new type of tobacco seedling substrate,the present study used humus specialized soil in to-bacco as the control group and fermented fungal chaff,perlite and sand in different volume ratios to form nine seedling substrate treatment groups.Tobacco seedling nuisery experiments were carried out in a greenhouse environment(temperature 10-35℃,relative humidity 45%-65%),and the physicochemical indexes,agronomic traits,physiological indexes,and micronutri-ent contents of the substrates were measured,and the significance of the differences between treatments was compared by using the analysis of variance(ANOVA)and the t-test of independent samples(P<0.05).The results showed that when the proportion of fermented mushroom bran in the seedling substrate was 30%-50%,the physicochemical indexes of the substrate were reasonable,and the cultivated seedlings showed good performance in agronomic traits such as number of leaves,plant height,stem circumference,etc.,and the physiological indexes such as root vitality,net photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,etc.,were better than those of the control group,and the content of mi-cronutrients varied but was still within a reasonable range,and all of them met the standard of strong seedlings.This study provides data support for fermented mycorrhizal bran as a new type of tobacco seedling substrate instead of humus specialized soil,which is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of tobacco seedling substrate.关键词
