黄瓜BSK基因家族鉴定及表达分析
Genome-wide identification and expression profiling of the BSK gene family in Cucumis sativus

Abstract
The BSK(brassinosteroid-signaling kinase)gene family acts as key regulators in plant signal transduction,playing pivotal roles in growth,development,and environmental adaptation.Although their functions have been well characterized in model plants such as A rabidopsis thaliana and Oryzasativa,their roles in cucurbit crops remain largely uncharacterized.In this study,we identified eight CsBSK family members(CsBSK1-CsBSK8)in cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)through whole-genome analysis.These genes were unevenly distributed across four chromosomes,and their encoded proteins contained conserved Ser/Thr protein kinase domains and tetratricopeptide repeat domains.Promoter analysis revealed that CsBSK genes harbor various cis-acting regulatory elements,including light-responsive,hormone-re-sponsive,and biotic/abiotic stress-responsive elements.Expression analysis revealed that CsBSK genes exhibited distinct expression patterns under biotic and abiotic stress conditions.Furthermore,subcellular localization studies indicated that CsBSK4 primarily localized to the plasma membrane,and its myristoylation and palmitoylation modification sites were es-sential for maintaining proper subcellular localization.This study provides the first comprehensive genomic and functional characterization of the BSK gene family in cucumber,offering critical insights into its regulatory mechanisms during cu-curbit crop development and stress adaptation.关键词
