心房颤动并发血栓形成的新型危险因素研究进展
Research progress of novel risk factors for atrial fibrillation complicated by thrombosis
摘要
Abstract
Atrial fibrillation(AF)is one of the most common arrhythmias in clinical practice,characterized by high disability and mortality rates,which severely impairs patients'quality of life.Thromboembolism is one of the most serious complications of AF,however,its pathogenic mechanism has not been fully elucidated.Currently,biomarkers combined with risk stratification scoring systems are commonly used in clinical practice to predict the occurrence and progression of AF-related thromboembolism.This article reviews the latest research advances in novel risk factors for thrombosis formation in AF patients,including new inflammatory indicators,gene polymorphism,and obstructive sleep apnea.关键词
