摘要
Abstract
Based on the two-stage practice of Wuxi City,namely the"Demonstration and Exploration"stage(2020-2022)and the"Whole-region Promotion"stage(2023-2025),this study adopts comparative analysis and case study methods to reveal its governance logic from"ecological foundation"to"happiness empowerment".The results show that Wuxi has broken regional boundaries,innovated an integrated regional construction and main tributary linkage mode,and actively promoted the transformation of river ecological value and the inheritance of river and lake culture and historical heritage.A river and lake governance paradigm featuring coordinated development of ecology,economy,and culture has been formed.关键词
