靶向DPP4多靶点干预策略治疗糖尿病的研究进展
Research advances in multi-target intervention strategies for DPP4 inhibition in diabetes management
摘要
Abstract
Despite favorable tolerability and efficacy in type 2 diabetes,the glycemic control achieved with DPP4 inhibitors is often compromised by disease progression.The drug combination strategy based on DPP4 inhibitors has demonstrated significant potential in improving glycemic control,while multi-target small molecule regulators(such as dual DPP4/SGLT2 inhibitors)offer a promising new direction for diabetes therapy.Although several multi-target candidate compounds have been reported to date,none has been progressed to market approval.The underlying synergistic mechanisms and overall drug-likeness of these compounds require further investigation.This review summarizes the current combination therapy strategies involving DPP4 inhibitors according to the types of co-targets and discusses recent advances in the development of multi-target small molecule regulators.关键词
