公众对人工智能生成文旅视频的关注点和态度:基于对公众评论的文本挖掘研究
Public Focus and Attitudes Towards Aritificial Intelligence-Generated Cultural Tourism Videos:A Study Based on Text Mining of Public Comments

Abstract
As artificial intelligence(AI)-generated cultural tourism videos have become mainstream media,systematic research analyzing audience discussion topics through self-media video comment texts remains scarce.To analyze public concerns and emotional dynamics regarding AI generated cultural and tourism videos,this study employs tools such as Python,Bazhuayu scraper,and Weiciyun.Text feature extraction and word-frequency mining are conducted,and sentiment analysis is used to assess the orientation of public comments,followed by cross-analysis.Focusing on four representative accounts of"Guangxi Department of Culture and Tourism""Guizhou Culture and Tourism""Luoyang Tourism",and"Chenzhou Culture and Tourism",the study conducts a statistical analysis of sentiment tendencies in comments on AI-generated cultural and tourism videos,and examines the causes of negative emotions and the public's genuine concerns reflected in these comments.The results show that positive sentiment accounts for 84.80%of all comments on AI-generated cultural and tourism videos on Douyin(Tik Tok),with public concerns covering eight dimensions,including scenic conditions and tourism projects,while negative emotions are mainly associated with video quality,location selection,infrastructure,and tourism experience.When applying AI technologies to generate cultural and tourism promotional videos,it is essential to develop a deep understanding of local cultural characteristics and historical contexts to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the content while highlighting distinctive local cultural features.At the same time,attention should be paid to collecting constructive feedback and making appropriate adjustments accordingly.关键词
