Abstract
[Research purpose]Unicorn enterprises,driven by innovation and fueled by high-caliber talent and high-powered capital,are prime examples of new quality productive forces.An analysis of the growth models and development paths of typical regional unicorn enterprises in China can provide a theoretical and practical foundation for fostering an innovation ecosystem that effectively combines a well-functioning government with an efficient market.[Research method]This study employs statistical and comparative analyses,as well as case studies,to examine the development trends of unicorn enterprises in Beijing,Shanghai,and Shenzhen,using the 2016-2024 period as the observation window.It summarizes common patterns and specific experiences of unicorns cultivation in these three regions and analyzes the roles of key driving factors,including policies,talent structures and the financial ecosystem.[Research conclusion]The cultivation of unicorn enterprises in Beijing,Shanghai,and Shenzhen is characterized by a progression of"leading in scale—differentiating in industry—complementing in industrial ecosystem",with each region forging distinct pathways in policy orientation,talent structure and capital structure.Based on these findings,this paper proposes strengthening strategic guidance mechanisms,developing new regulatory frameworks,building global talent hubs,and implementing full-chain precision cultivation paradigms to upgrade regional innovation ecosystems and advance the high-quality development of unicorn enterprises nationwide.关键词
