Abstract
[Research purpose]Focusing on high-quality development in China's manufacturing sector,this paper elaborates on the role of data element circulation in promoting innovative development of service-oriented manufacturing.It addresses the existing research gaps in data element circulation within the field of service-oriented manufacturing,and provides theoretical support and practical pathways for developing a robust,resilient modern industrial system.[Research method]Based on a research approach that integrates theoretical interpretation,policy analysis,and problem orientation,this paper analyzes the supporting role of data element circulation of in the innovative development of service-oriented manufacturing,following the logical framework of"characteristics—opportunities—challenges—countermeasures".The emerging characteristics and development opportunities of service-oriented manufacturing are summarized from diverse dimensions,including production factor input,the application of core technologies,and the innovative integration of products and services.At the same time,guided by practical issues,it identifies risks including data privacy breaches,inadequate technological maturity,a lack of standard rules,and poor development synergy,and puts forward targeted solutions.[Research conclusion]In the digital era,the efficient circulation of data elements serves as the core driver for advancing the innovation of service-oriented manufacturing.It is imperative to accelerate the development of foundational data capabilities for service-oriented manufacturing,elevate the level of technological supply,strengthen financial guidance and support mechanisms,improve industrial digital governance,and reinforce the mechanisms for industrial collaborative development.With joint efforts,the high-quality development in service-oriented manufacturing would contribute to achieving the resilient development and sustainable upgrading of the modern industrial system.关键词
