Abstract
The physiological characteristics of perimenopausal women are a decline in vital energy,stagnation and blockage of Qi,blood,fluids and body fluids,which are classified as a syndrome of deficiency and stagnation with intermixed exuberance,a type of deficiency with superficial manifestations.According to its clinical manifestations,it can be classified under the scope of traditional Chinese medicine"emotional disorders".The Sanjiao system is widely distributed throughout the body.It serves as a carrier for vital energy,essence,fluids and blood vessels,with the function of nourishing the three essences as its core.It connects the five internal organs and nine orifices,and governs a person's life and spiritual activities.It regulates the flow of three kinds of vital energy,using the principle of opening and closing,upward and downward movement,and inhalation and exhalation,to adjust the circulation of vital energy throughout the body and the decline and flourishing of internal organs.It plays a crucial role in regu-lating the generation,changes and pathological changes of emotions,and can provide effective treatments for the management of perimenopausal depression.关键词
