Application of"Treatment of Blood and Fluid Together"Theory in Diabetes Complicated with Cardiovascular Diseases

Abstract
It is to explore the theory of"simultaneous treatment of blood and water"and its application in the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus complicated with cardiovascular disease,and to explain the internal relationship of Qi,blood and water,as well as the relationship of blood stasis,phlegm turbidity and edema.Whether it is Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation,blood deficiency,blood heat,blood cold,phlegm turbidity or blood stasis,it can lead to poor blood circulation,which in turn causes abnormal water trans-port and transformation,resulting in diseases such as phlegm and water retention.Diabetes mellitus complicated with cardiovascu-lar disease is a advanced and serious complication of diabetes mellitus.Its pathogenesis is closely related to Qi and Yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis.Under the guidance of this theory,through the flexible grasp of benefiting Qi,activating blood circu-lation and promoting urination method,and the use of Didang Qigui Decoction(抵当芪桂汤)and Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoc-tion(瓜蒌薤白半夏汤)for individualized treatment,can achieve significant clinical efficacy.It is of great significance for inheri-ting and promoting the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute and critical illnesses,as well as for ad-vancing research on TCMtheories and the application of classical prescriptions.关键词
