摘要
Abstract
The theory of"kidney corresponding to winter-Xuanfu closure"in traditional Chinese medicine can explain the pathogenesis of psoriasis"severe in winter and mild in summer",and then puts forward the theory of"warming kidney original Qi-opening Xuanfu"in the treatment of psoriasis,which is confirmed by clinical practice and experimental research.Modern medicine has recognized that psoriasis"severe in winter and mild in summer"is highly correlated with vitamin D levels.Based on the previous research,it is proposed that vitamin D can be regarded as the objective material basis of"kidney storing essence".Warming kidney Chinese medicine has a regulatory effect on the vitamin D system,which can be extended to explain"kidney cor-responding to winter-Xuanfu closure",which is homologous to the theory of"kidney storing essence".Therefore,based on vita-min D,this paper discussed the modern connotation of the theory of"kidney corresponding to winter-Xuanfu closure"in psoria-sis"severe in winter and mild in summer".关键词
