宫颈HPV感染痰湿体质的中医分析及益气健脾法疗效观察
Chinese Medicine Analysis of Phlegm-Damp Constitution in Cervical HPV Infection and Therapeutic Effect of Tonifying Qi and Strengthening Spleen Method

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between TCMconstitution and syndrome types in patients with human papillo-mavirus(HPV)infection,and to evaluate the efficacy and side effects of tonifying Qi,strengthening spleen,eliminating damp-ness and relieving toxin method in treating phlegm-damp constitution HPV infection.Methods The constitutions of 1500 patients with cervical HPV infection from April 2022 to November 2023 were analyzed.Among them,400 patients with phlegm-damp constitution were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group(200 cases in each).The control group was treated with recombinant interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent capsules and Baofukang suppositories alternately.The experimental group received the same treatment with the addition of Yiqi Jianpi Qushi Jiedu Decoction(益气健脾祛湿解毒方).After 6 months,the clinical efficacy,TCMsyndrome scores and side effects were recorded for both groups.Results Among the 1500 pa-tients with cervical HPV infection,phlegm-damp constitution was the most common.The correlation analysis between spleen defi-ciency with dampness obstruction and phlegm-damp constitution showed a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 97%(194/200)in the experimental group and 90%(180/200)in the control group.The difference in treatment efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of side effects in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conclusion The tonifying Qi,strengthening spleen,eliminating dampness and relieving toxin method has shown significant efficacy in patients with phlegm-damp constitution HPV infection,effectively improving the clinical symptoms and reducing the side effects.关键词
