甘草泻心汤联合李可肾四味增减治疗老年冠心病衰弱患者的疗效研究
Curative Effect of Gancao Xiexin Decoction(甘草泻心汤)Combined with LI Ke Shensiwei Modified Formula(李可肾四味增减)in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Weakness

Abstract
Objective To analyze the curative effect of Gancao Xiexin Decoction(甘草泻心汤)combined with LI Ke Shensi-wei Modified Formula(李可肾四味增减)in the treatment of the elderly patients with coronary heart disease and weakness.Methods A total of 108 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and weakness in the hospital were enrolled between July 2022 and January 2024.According to the random number table method,they were divided into modified group(LI Ke Shensiwei Modi-fied Formula),decoction group(Gancao Xiexin Decoction)and combination group(Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with LI Ke Shensiwei Modified Formula),36 cases in each group.All patients were treated continuously for 3 months.The total clinical response rate and incidence of adverse cardiac-cerebral vascular events,scores of TCMsyndromes,total cholesterol(TC),tri-glyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),heart rate(HR),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were compared among the three groups before and after treatment.The quality of life and weakness of patients were evaluated by Minnesota living with heart weak-ness questionnaire(MLHFQ)and Tilburg weakness scale before and after treatment.Results The total response rate of the combi-nation group was significantly higher than that of the modified group and decoction group(P＜0.05).The scores of TCM syn-dromes in the combination group were lower than those in the modified group and decoction group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and LDL-C in the combination group were lower than those in the modified group and de-coction group,while HDL-C level was higher than that in the modified group and decoction group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of HR and LVEDD in the combination group were lower than those in the modified group and decoction group,while LVEF level was higher than that in the modified group and decoction group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of MLHFQ and Tilburg in the combination group were lower than those in the modified group and decoction group(P＜0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in the incidence of adverse cardiac-cerebral vascular events among the three groups during the treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with LI Ke Shensiwei Modified Formula is good in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease and weakness,which can improve the clinical symptoms,regulate the blood lipid,improve the cardiac function and thus relieve the weakness symptoms.关键词
