引膝痛疗法联合被动运动在膝关节周围骨折术中的作用
Role of Knee Pain Therapy Combined with Passive Movement in Surgery of Fracture Around Knee
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the role of knee pain therapy combined with passive movement in the surgery of fracture a-round knee.Methods A study was conducted on 100 patients who underwent internal fixation surgery for fracture around knee in the trauma department of Cangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine·Hebei.The control group received continuous passive exercise training,while the experimental group received knee pain therapy on the basis of the control group.Af-ter treatment,the clinical efficacy,visual analog scale(VAS)scores,hospital for special surgery(HSS)scores,modified Barthel index(MBI)scores,interleukin-17(IL-17)levels in joint fluid,bone metabolism related indicators,and quality of life of both groups were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group after treatment,the experimental group had a higher overall clini-cal treatment efficiency(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups decreased,while the HSS and MBI scores in-creased(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower VAS scores and higher HSS and MBI scores(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-17 in the joint fluid of both groups decreased,and the bone metabolism indi-cators in the joint fluid increased(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower levels of IL-17 in joint fluid and higher levels of bone metabolism indicators(P＜0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups improved,with the experimental group scoring higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the ex-perimental group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The knee pain therapy combined with continu-ous passive exercise has obvious therapeutic effect on patients undergoing fracture around knee,which can significantly improve the knee function and the quality of life of patients.The realization of its effect may be closely related to the inhibition of inflam-matory response and the improvement of bone metabolism.关键词
