基于"土得木而达"探讨疏肝和胃汤治疗萎缩性胃炎临床疗效观察
Therapeutic Effect of Shugan Hewei Decoction(疏肝和胃汤)on Patients with Liver Stomach Disharmony Type of Atrophic Gastritis Based on Theory of"Earth Being Dredged by Wood"

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shugan Hewei Decoction(疏肝和胃汤)on liver-stomach dishar-mony type of atrophic gastritis and its influence on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes based on the theory of"earth being dredged by wood".Method A control trial was conducted on 90 patients with atrophic gastritis who received diagnosis and treat-ment from February 2020 to January 2024.The general information was investigated and the patients were randomly grouped ac-cording to the order of admission.The control group(45 cases)received the routine treatment.On this basis,the observation group(45 cases)was treated with Shugan Hewei Decoction.Two weeks was considered as one course of treatment.The clinical effects of two groups were compared and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)],psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]before and after treatment were evaluated.Result The total effective rate in the observation group[95.56%(43/45)]was higher than that in the control group[82.22%(37/45)](P＜0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the observation group had lower scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as stomach pain,poor appetite,dry mouth and desire to drink,and a dull complexion compared to the control group(P＜0.05),and the levels of serum TNF-αIL-6 and CRP were lower in the observation group(P＜0.05),the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after 2 weeks of treatment were lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on the theory of"earth being dredged by wood",and Shugan Hewei Decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on liver-stomach disharmony type of atrophic gastritis.It is beneficial in reducing inflammation,improving tra-ditional Chinese medicine syndromes and regulating psychological state,and is worthy of promoting and applying.关键词
