Abstract
Against the backdrop of green and high-quality transformation in forestry and grassland industries,the demand for sci-tech support in local endeavors is growing ever more pressing.Taking the Chinese Academy of Forestry as an example,this study focuses on sci-tech collaboration between forestry and grassland research institutes and local authorities.By first analyzing the necessity and practical significance of such academy-local collaboration,and then reviewing the evolution of its collaborative models,it effectively identifies the practical challenges currently impeding these partnerships.Building on this analysis,it proposes innovative pathways for sci-tech collaboration across the dimensions of framework design,platform development and talent cultivation,as well as a safeguard system to be established at the institutional and legal levels.Accordingly,this research serves to promote high-quality development in grassroots forestry and grassland initiatives by empowering them through sci-tech innovation,thereby supporting the integrated"government-industry-university-research-application"collaboration framework within the sector.关键词
