中国西南地区森林资源现状及经营对策
Current Status and Management Strategies of Forest Resources in Southwest China
摘要
Abstract
Forest management serve as a critical approach that integrates conservation with utilization of forest resources,while enhancing their quality and ecological function.As a major ecological barrier and forest-rich region in China,Southwest China is strategic to ensuring regional ecological security and promoting sustainable development.Building on an analysis of the positioning and objectives of forest management in the new era,this paper examined the structural characteristics of forest resources in Southwest China and analyzes the constraints thereon from five dimensions:natural geography,policy constraints,financial investment,industrial support,and technical-conceptual frameworks.Accordingly,four key strategies are proposed:optimizing the top-level design,innovating operational management models,advancing forest tenure reform,and improving the industrial support system.These measures aim to promote the sustainable management of forest resources in Southwest China and provide insights for regional ecological conservation.关键词
