庆大霉素氟米龙滴眼液治疗白内障术后眼部炎症反应的有效性和安全性分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Gentamicin and fluminolone eye drops in the treat-ment of ocular inflammatory reaction after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 51 patients aged 18～80 years who were diagnosed with cataracts and underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in our hospital were selected.They were followed up according to the plan and had complete clinical data and examination results.Only one eye of each patient was selected,including 25 patients in the experimental group and 26 in the control group.Collect visual acuity,intraocular pressure,conjunctival congestion and corneal edema,adverse eye reactions,inflammatory re-sponse indicators such as aqueous humor cells and anterior chamber scintillation,and compare the hearing of two groups of patients,as well as laboratory tests such as blood biochemistry,coagulation function,and urine routine.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of aqueous humor cells,conjunctival congestion,corneal edema,and uncorrected visual acuity between the experimental and control groups,as well as the interaction between groups and time points.The difference in best corrected visual acuity between the experimental group and the control group(P group=0.015),the difference at different time points(P time<0.001),and the interaction between groups and time points(P in-teraction=0.002)were statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse effect between the experimental group and the control group,and there was no significant change in intraocular pressure before and after treatment in both groups.There was no statistically significant difference in blood biochemistry test re-sults,urine routine examination,hearing,and gentamicin levels between the experimental group and the control group pa-tients.Conclusions Gentamicin fluminolone has a good anti-inflammatory and infection prevention effect,which can ef-fectively reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients'eyes,and will not significantly increase the adverse effect in patients eyes.At the same time,it will not cause significant damage to patients'hearing and liver and kidney functions,which meets the clinical demand for drug safety.关键词
