Abstract
The development of national reserve forests is oriented toward enhancing forest quality,increasing timber reserves,and safeguarding national timber security.This initiative is designed to address the pressing challenges in China's timber resources,such as"inadequate aggregate supply,structural imbalance,and import constraints",with the goal of"building a strategic national reserve of abundant,high-quality timber".Based on the current status of forest resources and national reserve forest projects in Luxi County,this study assesses their feasibility,identifies their shortcomings,and proposes specific countermeasures.The proposed measures are as follows:1)To enhance guidance and awareness campaigns to safeguard the rights and interests of stakeholders in the national reserve forest project;2)To tailor approaches to local conditions in exploring efficient and feasible models for the construction of national reserve forests;3)To mobilize diverse resources to establish a robust financial support system for the project;4)To prioritize preparatory work to solidify the project's implementation foundation.关键词
