辣椒BZR基因家族的鉴定及表达模式分析
Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Pattern Analysis of the BZR Gene Family in Capsicum

Abstract
BZR(brassinazole resistant)proteins are key regulatory factors in the brassinosteroid(BR)signal transduction pathway,and are widely involved in plant growth,development and stress response processes.To further identify the members of the BZR gene family in chili peppers and explore their expression patterns and functional characteristics,a genome-wide identification of the BZR gene family was performed in the genomes of Capsicum annuum,C.baccatum and C.pubescens.Meanwhile,analyses of gene structure,phylogenetic evolution and expression patterns were carried out.The results showed that there were 9 members of the BZR gene family in each of the three different chili pepper species.Among them,CaBZR genes were distributed on 7 chromosomes,while CbBZR and CpBZR genes were located on 6 chromosomes respectively.Phylogenetic analysis divided these genes into 5 subgroups,and collinearity analysis identified 2 segmental duplication events in the chili pepper BZR gene family.The promoters of the BZR gene family contained multiple cis-acting elements related to hormones,defense and stress responses.Expression pattern analysis indicated that the genes of this family were preferentially expressed in floral organs,and different members exhibited diverse expression trends under low-temperature stress,revealing that they might play distinct regulatory roles in chili pepper growth,development and stress responses.This study provides a reference for further in-depth research on the evolution and functions of the BZR gene family in chili peppers.关键词
