长链非编码RNA对乳腺癌术后转移的诊断价值:一项巢式病例对照研究
Diagnostic Value of LncRNAs for Postoperative Metastasis of Breast Cancer:a Nested Case-Control Study

Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to explore the diagnostic value of multiple long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs)for postoperative metastasis of breast cancer.Methods A cohort was established based on postoperative breast cancer patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University.A prospective nested case-control study was conducted,with 96 breast cancer patients who developed metastasis during follow-up as the metastasis group,and patients without metastasis selected as the con-trol group at a 1∶1 matching ratio.The diagnostic value of multiple LncRNAs for postoperative breast cancer metastasis was analyzed using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves and the Cox proportional hazards regression prediction model.Results LncRNAs ANCR(OR=1.054,95%CI:1.004~1.106),UCA1(OR=1.031,95%CI:1.016~1.046)and CCAT2(OR=1.020,95%CI:1.0001~1.034)were significantly up-regulated in the metastasis group and served as independent risk factors for breast cancer metas-tasis.ROC curve analysis showed that ANCR(cut-off value=2.055,AUC=0.765),UCA1(cut-off value=2.775,AUC=0.782)and CCAT2(cut-off value=4.450,AUC=0.905)had favorable predictive efficacy.Subgroup analysis by optimal cut-off values indi-cated that patients with high expression of ANCR(OR=1.738,95%CI:1.026~2.945),UCA1(OR=1.962,95%CI:1.213~3.174)and CCAT2(OR=2.227,95%CI:1.360~3.646)had a significantly higher risk of metastasis.Conclusion LncRNA ANCR,UCA1 and CCAT2 are risk factors for postoperative breast cancer metastasis with good predictive value,which deserve further investiga-tion.关键词
