Abstract

The Keqiao-Zhuji Expressway is an important part of the national expressway network G9903 Hangzhou Metropolitan Area Ring Expressway.The starting point of this expressway forms a K-shaped intersection with the Suzhou-Taizhou Expressway and the connection line from the Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou Expressway to the Suzhou-Taizhou Expressway.The 11-level slope at the Lizhu Interchange is the highest highway slope in Zhejiang Province,with 5.61 million cubic meters of earthwork and 150,000 square meters of slope greening.The starting point of the Lizhu Interchange is less than one kilometerfrom the operating Suzhou-Taizhou Expressway.The connection line of the Lizhu Interchange and the main line,which forms a cross,connects the two major scenic spots of Lanting and Jianhu.The construction of the Keqiao-Zhuji Expressway aims to be"green,high-quality,and intelligent",striving to create a benchmark for high-quality expressway projects in China.The excavation of high slopes near operating expressways and scenic spots has become an important task.In response to the issue of green construction of high slopes,the Keqiao-Zhuji Company,in collaboration with Zhejiang Communications Construction Group,and universities jointly developed a high slope construction management system with the theme of"intelligent green construction technology for 100-meter high slopes."The excavation of high slopes strictly follows the regulations of safety and environmental protection,top-down,and step-by-step protection.Intelligent facilities such as fog cannons,high-pole sprays,and aerial fog curtains are used for three-dimensional dust control.The slope protection uses a tracked integrated anchoring drill for precise and rapid operations.The greening maintenance adopts an intelligent sprinkler irrigation energy-saving process.A remote high-definition camera and a slope intelligent monitoring system are developed to form a"digital twin"based on Beidou positioning to monitor slope stability.Eight 100%dust control measures are implemented.The green and safe construction concept is well practiced,achieving digital management and completing the construction tasks efficiently and with high quality,generating good economic and social benefits.
