Abstract
[Objective]To establish a method for determination of the total residues of prochloraz and its metabolites in Xigui by gas chromatography.[Methods]The samples were extracted with acetic acid-acetonitrile solution(1+99).After hydrolysis and purification,the hydrolysis product(2,4,6-trichlorophenol)was determined by gas chromatography and quantified using the external standard method.[Results]A good linear relationship was observed in the mass concentra-tion range(calculated as prochloraz)of 0.025 to 2.5 μg/mL,with a correlation coefficient(r)of 0.9993.The limits of detection(LOD)and quantification(LOQ)were 2.45×10-5 mg/kg and 8.16×10-5 mg/kg,respectively.At spiked levels of 0.025 and 0.075 mg/kg,the recovery rates ranged from 79.3％to 99.2％,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)under repeatability conditions were between 2.5％and 5.3％(n=5).[Conclusion]The developed method is suitable for the analysis of total residues of prochloraz and its metabolites in Xigui.关键词
