Abstract
This study addresses the issues of insufficient elasticity and durability and easy deformation in tradition-al four-sided elastic fabrics.A new type of all cotton four-sided elastic fabric has been developed by optimizing the air flow dyeing process and production procedures,significantly enhancing the fabric's stretch recovery,dimensional stability,and comfort.The experiment used all cotton four-sided elastic dyed fabric(30D60×30D60),incorporating processes such as scouring,alkali oxygen stacking,bleaching,mercerization,air washing,and high-temperature setting,with a focus on op-timizing air flow dyeing and tension-free treatment to prevent damage to elastic fibers.This study provides a feasible solu-tion for the industrial production of high-elasticity,low-shrinkage,and highly durable all cotton four-sided elastic fabrics,with significant market application value.关键词
